Looking for anyone else in Texas that would be interested in joining a lawsuit against B of A/BAC Home Loans Servicing/ReContrust Company, NA. This is for anyone that has had issues with B of A/BAC Home Loans Servicing in regards to the Modification of your home loan. I have been trying to workout a modification with them since late 09', and am in the process of filing suit against them for a number of violations. If you have had similar difficulties in dealing with this company and would be interested in joining the suit, please email [email protected] with details of your dealings. Specifically Collin, Grayson, Denton, Tarrant, Dallas, etc. The mistreating of their customers needs to stop, and I believe the legal route is the only way to accomplish this goal.
