Bankcard Empire Reviews

Unauthorized billing
Lee Caplin and Bankcard Empire are one of the biggest scam I have ever met! They promised returns to 'set you up in business' with merchant account marketing, and that the original $1, 000.00 investment was not enough. They then 'convince' you to d' 'call blast' for another $5, 000.00, and then they will work the leads, and return you a commission for leads you purchased. They have promised checks to be sent; that some accounts have closed, and you are owed money. I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED ONE DIME BACK! These guys are crooks! We need to pursue this and shut these guys down! DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY. They will pressure you, but YOU WILL NOT GET 1 CENT BACK! Guaranteed!

CREDIT CARD MACHINE BUSINESS
They have called supposedly to give me training and I do admit talking to a very nice guy. And now after reading all these complaints. My husband worked 7 weeks all last year and I was told I would be getting my investment back within days. I thought it was impossible but they were so believing. I also received a folder in the mail with dvd and cd of the whole process. Now I am sick over all this. My husband is working 4 hours away from me and I fell for this and was suppose to get a call tomorrow for more money to get a web site going. YA YOU BET...YOU WAIT I HAVE A FEW WORDS FOR THESE PEOPLE. This makes me sick...We are all so broke and some body has to con us into making money when all they are doing is lining their pockets.

Scam and cheating
Bankcard Empire misrepresented a home based business opportunity, which consists of an affiliate program where I was charged a fee of $95.00. I was told that I could make $500.00 for signing up new businesses that purchase or lease a credit/debit card terminal. I was told I could do this by contacting new businesses and referring them to Bankcard Empire. For every new account I referred I was to receive residual income from these referrals too.

After about a month wait now I have yet to get this business off the ground because what they didn't tell me was that in order to get this business to work you have to purchase very high priced advertising packages which consist of what they refer to as Call Blasts. A representative with Bankcard Empire called me and tried to persuade me to buy 6, 000 call blasts at $2.00 each. Oh yeah I'm sure I am going to shell out $12, 000 so this company can bombard people with unsolicited calls that most people hang up on when receiving anyway!

Their next attempt at trying to scam me was trying to get me to shell out $400.00 for a list of new businesses that their so called experts had researched. I tried to explain to the people that were calling me that I was going to try and get this going on my own. I requested some sales materials and guides to use and that I could not afford these high priced advertising programs, well I have never received anything! I communicated with them via email explaining my situation and requested a refund of my original $95.00 investment.

Today I received a call and the guy said you are not getting your money back! I tried my best to persuade him but the arrogant Quality Control Man just ended up hanging up on me! Real Stand Up Guy! Hopefully by my reporting this here I can help some other honest person trying to make some money avoid being scammed like I was.

took $10,000.00 no return as promised in 2-3 months. It's been almost 5 months
Mike Downey, who claims to be a coach at Bankcard Empire called me in late 9/2008. He told me he would do all the work, I had to do nothing but collect the money when it came in. He charged me $10, 000.00 and that was to be matched equalling 20, 000.00. He told me I would have all or most all of my initial investment back in 2 to 3 months. It has been nearly 5 months and I haven't seen a penny. I have called the company and just been given excuses and told the pay off should be any day etc.

I was just contacted by another company today called Card Services network, telling me Bankcard empire is ready to go under and if I signed up under them for $500.00 I would get the paper work to do a charge back against Bank card empire for the entire amount. I am not about to give anyone any more money. I am from Oregon, is there a way without going through them to get the paper work to do the charge back? And file a complaint with anyone I can. In my oppinion there should be a class action lawsuit against Bankcard Empire.

Respectfully,

Falsely representing themselves
Company Alleges that you pay $500.00 to get all the information and training you need to go out and talk to merchants to get them to buy or lease the credit card terminals and once these terminals are in place you recieve a commission on every transaction that the merchant does, then on top of this you are asked if you would be interested in participating in what they call a "call blast that is where they supposedly call a bunch of new merchants and entice them in to signing up with Bank Card Empire and for every merchant that they enroll you will be signed up with them, and this only costs another $300.00 to which you see no results or feedback.

Rip-off
I too have been ripped off by bankcard Empire. Paid them $195.00 in August 2008 for affilliate training manuel which was a joke. But I still didn't learn.Got a call from them saying if I purchased e-mail and call blasts I could make more money. So after I charged $5000 on my charge card I received a call the NEXT day from someone else from their office saying if I would invest $35, 000 I might have a chance making some good money. I could still make money with my little amount of $5000 but the wise people were investing more. Thank goodness I didn't fall for that one. So now it it January 2009 and I have NOT MADE ONE DIME!!! Do not sign up with these people!!!

Ripped off
I have no site to reach anyone, phone calls don't get answered, unless their senting announcements!! I paid $200.00 before they sent me the papers to sign and the dvd. I will not sign these papers and I can't get a hold of anyone. I believe they are trying to wait until the 30 days go by to act like I missed the deadline.

Where do I go to actually talk to someone, before I can't get my money back.

Rip off
I signed up with bankcard empire last month and i received the training package and it looked righteous I paid $150.00 for this business that was the first phone call I was really excited. Then the second call came the director was asking for $2500.00 hundred I was taken aback I really get upset when you sign up for a business they get you for the initial sign up fee then they hit you for that large mentor amount it just sickens me.

I gave my so called director the riot act about why should I pay him that money when there's no guarantee that I was going to make money only on his word. huh he tried so hard to convince me I wasn't so convinced after that he got mad and hung up lol.

I called customer service to request my money back they won't give it back saying I can work the program without a mentor yeah right I won't put my good name on anything for this company of scam artist they take your money and run. The initial fee is a substantial amount when you not working but when the come back at you with that big chunk forget it. 'if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck' then its a duck.

Theses people are such shallow little people who will get theirs in the end. It is such said world were living in today when people have to be ripping their neighbors off without any regard or conscious. Although I'm still hopeful about finding a home base business but to no avail.
