I purchased an SUV from them in November of 2008. I noticed the first week of driving the truck, that there was a terrible grinding noise whenever I turned the wheel. I took it in for repair, since it was still within the 60 day dealer warranty.
They basically said they didn't really know what was wrong with it and just put some "additive in it".
I have continued to have the same problem, and continue to bring it in to have it serviced. I have a suspicion that they do know what is wrong with it, but that they are just not wanting to spend the money to fix it. I also feel like they may be trying to take advantage of the fact that I am a single woman, and are hoping that they can pull the wool over my eyes, or that I'll just get tired of being inconvenienced and I just go away. Today I dropped it off for the fourth time. I told them to keep the F-ing truck until it was fixed properly. I have started filling out my paperwork for the Texas Lemon Law.

I would not advise purchasing from this dealership. Try Huffines in Plano instead - they have been around a lot longer and do not have an incompetent sales or service staff.
