I order 3 t-shirts. One shirt was irregular, the graphic on the front was crooked and one shirt was the wrong shirt. I sent emails and got no reply for 3 days. I finally called and spoke to the sales agent.
I was told "we're sorry". I asked if I was to be re-imbused for the shipping cost to return the shirts to them, since the error was on their part. I was told NO. I could get free shipping on my next order. Hello??? what makes this free shipping?
