Paid over $2700 for their high-line mattress set in cash in 2009. Both sides...the edges seem to sag. It doesn't matter what is wrong with anyones purchase or complaint, because the complaint goes thru a process that is just absolutely crazy. Jorge will send you the warranty forms to fill out and then the next step is to PAY $89 EACH WAY to have the matteress sent to the factory in Colton so they can open it up and decide if it needs repairing or replacement. Why shud the customer pay for the mattress to go back to them??! And why would I want the mattress back?! I talked to the District Manager, Jon Stephenson, and he could care less and sticks to the iron clad and very strict policy...no leeway whatsoever. ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! No compassion for their customers at all. I tried to call Lisa Scorzel (Vice President) and got her voicemail. The recorded message says not to leave any messages because they won't be answered. Who ever heard of such a thing! By the way...they don't have a President and they don't have ANY store managers! What kind of a business is this??!!
All we want is some kind of a credit so we can replace the mattress. My husband is legally blind, has Parkinsons Dease and is diabetic and needs to have a decent bed. I would suggest that no one buy from Banner Mattress! I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB.
