Submitted a 3 year old Barbour Winter coat for repair to them as the zipper became stuck and unusable. I certainly didn't expect a cheap repair, but nor did I expect a $70 repair with a 4-7 week quoted return time. 9 weeks later, I have no relief from the merchant, no offer to make good on the cost of the repair, no status on when I should even begin to expect the garment to be returned. If that wasn't insulting enough, the manager who originally answered my most recent call -- "Maggie" -- couldn't wait to pawn me off onto someone who identified herself as "just Christmas help", and whose overall attitude was neither helpful, eager to hang up, and to the point of being rather a "bugger off" sort of tone and wording.
Never will I patronize them again, despite my penchant for Barbour coats, based on their standoffish customer service and lack of concern.
