Charge to my account
A charge of 115$ was made by minors on my wyndham rewards visa-they are run by Barclay Bank apparently. I complained to the vendor and the credit card customer service department. I was told that the charge would be removed if I provided proof of not having received item.Barclay Bank went back on their decision/word, after I provided the proof of not having the item. they started quoting me some bull about the time having expired for a dispute although there is nothing like this on their site nor were any letters sent to me, indicating that I had a certain time limit to dispute this case. the customer service reps are rude, misinformed and it takes almost 3o minutes to get connected to the right department after they ask you about your issue several times.
I am warning everyone not to sign up for WYNDHAM REWARDS since this is how this nightmare started. they promise you a free hotel night to sign up for the card. Once you sign up, you have to make additional purchases to qualify for the points and then when you try to redeem them, their system is always down, or you have to wait 20+ minutes to speak with a rep about your account. Not worth the time and frustration!

Stimulates penalty fees
Choice Hotels has recently switched their "Choice Privileges Rewards" program to Barclay Bank Visa card.
Initially when applying for the card on the recommendation of Choice Hotels, I was told the card had been approved and their was a great deal of trouble actually getting the card mailed. it took several weeks to receive the approved card.
Today I received my first statement by e-mail from Barclay Bank and they do not have charges up to date.
Their statement came by e-mail with instructions on how to remit by e-mail or telephone. It took serious effort to contact a live customer service agent to request a paper statement to be mailed to me. They seemed to be reluctant to provide mailed statements. Their system seems to be geared to causing customer to incur late charges and penalty fees.
Based on the experience to date with Barclay Bank, it appears that my checks mailed in payment on this account will have to be by Certified Mail with Return Receipt Requested as it is obvious Barclay Bank is not consumer oriented.
Based on my brief experience with Barclay Bank I recommend that consumers stay as far away from them as possible, in my brief relationship with them they have been nothing but trouble.

Issue regarding Barclay Creditcard amount
I am holding this card for last 11 months and started using it few months back only. This is to inform you that I am not getting any statement regarding my Credit Card but daily getting 20 calls from your collection department and each time i am confirming my email id on demand but till now I have not received a single statement. Now a days, these daily calls are affecting my professional as well as my personal life. So I don't want to use this Barclaycard anymore.
I want to pay the entire amount which I have spend through my credit card (Except the interest amount and late payment fee), as I am not getting any statement from Bank. Regarding this issue I have spoken to customer care several times and updated the same address (as registered in your Dtatabase).I have asked many times to customer care executive to provide me the request number, but they refused each time by saying that they will execute the request as soon as possible.
