Whatever you do, do not buy from these crooks!

Beware!! I ordered $65.00 worth of parts from these guys and never received anything. Tried to call during so called business hours and the phones just rings and rings. When it finally does go to voice mail, the box is full. Probably of people wondering where their stuff is. I am contacting Google since their site is advertised through them and see if they can be barred. I have heard of this happening before. Whatever you do, do not buy from these crooks!

Beware of them

On April 2nd 2008 I ordered a tension spring from this company and paid with my visa. I received a confirmation email shortly thereafter with an order number. On April 4th 2008, funds were withdrawn from my visa account. No other communication from the company to date. I've sent emails to the company requesting an order update with no response. I file a "ticket" with the company's customer service with no response. I have called nearly every day to speak with someone, but I just get an answering machine that is always full. I did leave one message when the machine picked up. No one has contacted me.
