This company never shipped my item and never answered a single email I sent them. After three weeks I had to call Amazon. Because it never shipped there is no feedback button, so I am working with Amazon to change this so I can add negative feedback. Their feedback isn't that great to start with, but if you add the ones that fail to ship it will definitely level their feedback to where it should be -- in the basement.
