I recently ordered accessories for my mp3 player. After 1 week when they didn't show up I called to check on them. The lady I spoke to said she would call back so she could check on things and of course never did. I called again the next day and was told the items were never shipped the lady i spoke then said they would be sent out the next day. Now please keep in mind they took money immediatly upon ordering. So I let another week go by and still didn't recieve my items. Then I recieve an email saying my orders cancelled. My money was not refunded. So I call again to ask about my order being cancelled and my money and this time I get hung up on. I call again and the lady was insisting it was refunded but it has not been refunded to my account as of yet. This is going on 3 weeks now still no money and there is never a supervisor available and nobody can help me.

I ordered a couple of chargers and screen protectors for my Verizon Voyager. I hadn't looked for any complaints about this company before I placed the order. Luckily I found quite a few online the next day and still had time to cancel. Phew! But they had already shipped the products and out of curiosity I opened the package before I sent them back...
Both of the chargers did not work and the screen protectors were entirely too small (about 2 inches ) even though the packaging said they were for my phone.

Shoddy products.

Purchased several chargers for Iphone. None of them worked. Send back following their instructions and mailing label. They said they enver received. They said having problems revceiving stuff from mail service. Why did they have me use them? In diuspte with CC company. Not recommend.
