Their customer service people do not understand what "I don't want any membership" means
Do Not use this website!!! - I would strongly recommend against doing any kind of business through www.bargain.com! First they promise that there are thousands of foreclosured homes for sale in my area... Lie #1, there were 3 and I had already looked at them online for free through my real estate agent. Then I tried to cancel my "Free" membership and they still charged me for it. So I call them back and they tell me that I was signed up for a year's worth of membership for no charge... Lie #2 They did charge me, TWICE! and they tell me that once I have signed up for it they cannot refund it or cancel it. On top of all of that, Their customer service people do not understand what "I don't want any membership" means.

I was ripped off!
I signed up for a thirty day "free" trial on 7-10-09. I was told there would be a one time fee of $1.00 to start, they withdrew $1.95. Not a big deal. It took three weeks to get the info pack, and I decided I didn't want their service. I called at 12:00 on 7-28-09 and cancelled before the thirty days were up. At 11:58, that same day, $49.95 was taken out of my account. After repeated calls, being put on hold for hours, and an email, I finally spoke to a superviser who told me that regardless of any mistakes on their part, I was not getting that money back.

keep debiting my account
I have tried for over 10 months to have this company stop debiting my account. They conveniently hang up or play dumb. The amount is $39.80 and I orginally signed up for 1 month of real estate services.

Fraud and scam
They never send you the packet they say they will, then they charge you before the 30 days is up, before you can cancel. These people are a RIP OFF! Then when you call them, you sit on hold for 30 minutes. When you want to challenge the money they charge (they charge like 60 bucks when they say it's only something like 12 dollars a month, they send you to someone else and you sit on hold for another 30 minutes. Then some rude bitch gets on line and tells you you should have called earlier and they won't give you back your money.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A RIP OFF!

Unauthorized Bank Account Charges
My bank account was charged $39.80 WITHOUT MY PERMISSION OR KNOWLEDGE. Phone calls aren't taken. Emails to the site always have some kind of problem, & the Maryland BBB has no listing for it. This is a ripoff and scam. I want my money refunded...
The webcite is setup for HUD foreclosure and is said to be free. It also asked for your personal information. I started to give that information and decided to delete it before the transaction was complete. I deleted the information out of thier system, however, the system kept the information and billed my account even through it states that this cite is free. They have billed my visa account twice for $39.80 and I have never been on thier web cite. I called and talked with Eric ID#154568, Steven ID# 154468, Fedricka ID# 14950 Mychilla ID# 154569 and Randy ID# 154874 which said he would stop the charges but would not refund my funds to my account. I requested to talk to the supervisors, which refused to answer to phone calls after put me on hold for over 2 hours. You were suppose to beable to view HUD forclosure for free at thier web cite. But instead they charge your cridet card account after they get the information.

i sign up with bargain.com not only did signsd with them there other companies with drawing money from my account.a dollar and some change sounds like a great deal its all a scam a put a stop to it, easy saver never heard of them they charged me 19.80
for some thing i never ordered they got the information from bargain.com what a bargain
