Beware of Bari Leather Furniture! I ordered a sectional a year in a half ago. It was delivered damaged, called Bari spoke with Jen she told me to let the deliver men go and Bari would repair the sectional, after two repair company's and many calls to Bari. I spoke to Lou Ferris who was very apologetic and said they would replace the sectional. The second sectional was refused by delivery company for damage Bari talk the delivery company into delivering it anyway, when it was delivered to me I refused it because it was damaged! I called Bari and spoke to Felix who agreed with me that I had been more then patient with Bari and he would refund me on Monday January 24, 2011 Felix never called me back on February 1, 2011 I called Bari and spoke to Lou Ferris is attitude changed and was rude. I was shocked! He told me he would not refund me because I still had the original sectional. I wrote to the BBB, Lou Ferris responded on February 4, 2011 saying he would refund me after he received the sectional. I live in California and Bari is in Florida that would leave with nothing to sit on and no money to buy a new sectional! I will post on all blogs until Bari does the right thing.

This company has such poor customer service that they don't deserve your business. It took me nearly 4 months to receive furniture that was supposed to take 6 to 8 weeks to ship. These people knew that there was a problem with the leather dye at the manufacturer and sent me a sofa and loveseat set that did not match, even after I had expressed concern about the two pieces not matching. I had to hassle with sending the pieces back and then it took another month to get my refund. They had my money for 5 months and were very unconcerned about the fact that they had my money and I had nothing.
