We represent a carrier that has not been paid for services that were successfully executed for Barnwood Logistics. These charges are undisputed by Barnwoood, they just refuse to pay. The shipper was contacted to verify that they paid Barnwood which they did. So it wasn't like they themselves(Barnwood) didn't get paid. Barnwood had agreed in the past to pay the carrier but hasn't, instead they gave my client and us the run around and have wasted many hours of valuable time for both. As of today there has been no payment and legal action is the last recourse
