Recently, i discovered that late Dr. Nnamdi Azikiwe had a Fix Deposit with First Bank Nigeria (FBN) Plc., which was not officially included in his Will and i have patiently disused this serious matter with FBN Branch Manager and he advice that such FUNDS can easily be claimed by a foreigner as Third Party Beneficiary. Finally, the Fix Deposit was made 1980 of which the interest has accumulated over ten (10) fold and presently the amount involved is very HUGE and will not be mentioned hence, We shall reach agreement and have more discussion on this regards immediately i receive official response from you because i have the relevant document you need to cliam the FUNDS as Third Party beneficiary.
