I just spent the last hour on the phone with customer service regarding charges on my credit card for products I have not received. They put me on hold and transferred me and then hung up. Then I called back and still no solution to my complaint. They say they have a tracking number and that proves I received the first shippment and charge $3.95 for shipping and then 14 days later charged $87.13 for a bottle I NEVER RECEIVED. Then the customer rep told me that they charged me another $83.18 plus $3.95 s&h for another bottle that is supposed to be shipped out today. I asked for a tracking number but he could not provide one. BECAUSE THIS IS A SCAME!!! So now I am out $180.94 plus some additional bogus international charge of $2.61 and have not received any product!! I see that others have been scammed too ... is there something we can do about this??? I'm sure no one can afford to be scammed out of their hard earned dollars!!
