you want MORE money !?!
Unlike the previous complaint, we had a FULL system installed last year. We got water this year and now, according to a phone call from Basement Technologies, you want MORE MONEY to actually fix the problem we paid you a lot of money to resolve to begin with !?!?!?!?! Please James Pratt, explain this one.

Flooded Basement- No Resolution Provided
I would not recommend Boston Basement Technologies to do work! I have been dealing with this company since 2007 and yet to have a dry basement come spring... I have a partial system installed because I only have a flooding problem in 1 section of my basement. Over the past 2 years, each spring my basement still floods in the section where I have their system installed (which mind you I paid approx. $5K to have installed) and when I call the company to schedule to have someone come out and look at it, they never show up. When they do show up, they say that ok it is all set now and then the next time it rains hard, it floods again. This year it was the worst it has been since 2007...I have had technicians pull a no show on me 3 times in 2 weeks. I put an emergency call in after the last heavy rain we received and they gave me some line of crap on how they are on vacation and would come out the following week and they never showed that time either. Why would you put a technician on call that is out of the state. Come to find out later, one of the reps that answered the phone stated that he was lying to us and was not out of the state. The managers don't seem to care either because I have escalated to them as well as Jim Pratt (owner and developer of the product) and they do not return my calls either. At this point I am fighting for a refund becuase their product does not work and their customer service skills are horrible!!! All I can say is this company won't solve your basement flooding issues and will only cause you frustration!
