I ordered a framed picture as a gift for Christmas. When opened it was not fully intact. Due to companies policies, which are to inform their Customer Service Department within 24 hours. I tried to email the company. Since it was many days/months after shipped, all emails came back, address failure. I paid $249 for this item.
