We broght a Calphalon non-stick Wok for $99 about 1 year ago. This products came with a life time warnaty.
Recently, the wok became stick so we brought it to one of Bath and Beyond stores in Gurnee, IL.

Quickly, I got one wok, but not the one I have. Since they don't have that wok in store, so we agreed to take one same-kind wok.
This is the first visit in two days.
We brought the new wok home. When I opened the box, I found a fault spot on the wok. That's sad since we have to come back to the store and see their face again.

Here comes my complaint.
Second day, we brought the wok to store. One of their staff "ERIC" saw us. He was there with manager the other day. If I am right he knew everything about inventory. But, I didn't talk to him. I went to customer service and the clerk wanted me to get a new one and come back.

I found another one on the shelf, but this one is a flaw, too. It is out of shape. I brought it to the front desk and asked if they can find the other one for me.

The clerk asked Eric, but he starred at us and so rude said "Must be someone broke the wok (he means the one in store). The clerk tried to explain the situation, but he wouldn't listen.
He think we just got a new one and take home, break it and then come back to store to get a new one. Are we stupid? Gas is so expensive now.

We are good customers andjust want to replacea new one. To hire this kind of employee with poor service just help the company to
get rid of their customers. That's why and how some business decline.
