On May 24th my husband ordered a gift from bathopia.com.

Everything was fine until yesterday he gave me the gift and once I opened it we noticed a weird smell.

He bought a Mayan spa box ("Mystical blend of chocolate, lime + anise").

When I opened every item we notice too one of them had moho or looking like fungus (similar when you have yougurt from months in your fridge and you will find it with green and white fluffy stuff). Even the products looked old. Maybe they don't sell enough and they keep their products in bad conditions.

I was upset and my husband even more since the gift was for our anniversay.

As soon as we saw this, I took pictures and we sent an e-mail to them explaining the situation and with the pictures. Nobody answered.

My husband had to call to customer service and the lady who picked up the phone was rude and didn't know what to say or do against his complaint.

We will never buy anything from them and I would never recommend any product from them even to my worst enemy.

They have the worst service and products.
