I ordered an replacement AC Adapter for my Dell Ispiron 5100 laptop from batteries-buy.com on Friday 13th November, and when it arrived on 5th December it did not have the correct Dell plug, just a round one. I should have received an adapter to convert the round plug to the square Dell. I emailed and asked what they were going to do, they said send a photo of the plug I needed (even though the adapter should have been included, they did not seem to be aware of the fact). I sent a photo indicating the correct plug, and received another email on the 8th December asking: It is so long from shipping day, can you tell us which one is your original adapter plug? Awaiting for your reply.
On the 17th December I sent the following email:
I think that I had better return the incorrect Replacement Laptop AC Adapter for Dell Inspiron 5100 so that you can re-order the correct replacement that has the proper square Dell plug to fit my computer, as I am sure that there is not a suitable adapter available.
If you are not able to supply the correct model please refund the money and return postage and I will try elsewhere.

I have not heard from them since, despite of sending several emails requesting a reply and a conclusion. I cannot find a postal address for this company to write to the manager, nor am I able to find the Dell plug converter on the internet so that I can use the AC adapter.
I am at a loss on how to resolve this situation, or how to get in touch the the company other than by the web.
