I responded to an ad in the newspaper for postal service jobs and had to purchase the battery exam study guide for $150.00. The guy I talked to said it was 100% refundable. I took the test July 22, 2008 and passed...but there are no jobs in my area. From what I am reading, I'm guessing that I will not recieve a refund for this useless exam guide not even worth $150.00...
