On the 29th of July 2007, American General financial services in chicago had provided a customer (name unknown) with an auto loan to purchase a 2007 lincoln towncar from Bay Ridge Motors, Inc. of Chicago (1449 N. Cicero Ave. Chicago, Il. 60651). American Financial provided the Auto Dealer with a check for $16500.00 to purchase the car, where in turn the Dealership and it's owner Khaled (Kal) Elissawi claimed falselythat the customer purchased the car for $18000.00.The seller falsely claimed that the customer paid a deposit for the amount of $1500.00 to be used as a down payment. The truth is that after the Mr. Elissawi secured the loan to your customer who paid nothing, arranged to hide the true sale price of $16500.00 not $18000.00 as he claimed then produced another bill of sale for the amount of $12000.00 so he can pay less taxes, cheating you to believe that the sale price was $18000.00 and your client/customer paid $1500.00, and cheating the government so he can pocket the difference.
The taxes on $18000.00 is $1845.00 versus the other value of $12000.00 is $1230.00, so the difference of $615.00 can go to his pocket.
The VIN# for the car involved is 1LNHM81V17Y607242 The car make and Model is a 2007 Lincoln Towncar signature series white 4DR, it was purchased online from Copart auction for salvage vehicles, and shipped from Texas, it had a lot of damage, the seller (Mr. Khaled Elissawi failed to disclose the damages (the Historyof the vehicle) nor the true sale price... This man should be reported ... and you need to produce the bill of sale he presented you with in order to be compared with the the other bill of sale he kept sohe can use to cheat the government out of the taxes.
