I want to bring to notice to everyone that Bay travels is charging very huge cancellation fees and their ticket prices are also very high compare to other agents. I brought northwest airlines tickets with and i put for cancellation and i ended up by saying that my tickets are nonrefundable. I lost my complete money. I asked them to rebook again but they said no seats. Finally i lost my entire money. Beware of them, and service is also very bad.
