NO REFUND
MY DAUGHTER WANTED A GAME I TYPED THE GAME NAME IN AND WAS SENT TO BAYDOWNLOAD.COM THEY HAD A 4 DAY SPECIAL FOR SOMETHING LIKE $3.85 I INPUT MY CARD DETAIL ON SUBSCRIBING I SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED AN CODE TO ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT NO CODE WAS RECEIVED I EMAIL THEM RIGHT AWAY TO LET THE KNOW THAT AS I HAD NOT RECEIVED THE ACTIVATION CODE I WISHED TO CANCEL THE MEMBERSHIP, AS I THEN THOUGHT IT WAS A SCAM 3 DAY LATER THEY DEDUCTED £72.85 FROM MY ACCOUNT AFTER A NUMBER OF EMAIL I FINAL GOT A RESPONSE FROM THEM SAYING THEY WOULD REFUND MY MONEY THAT WAS ON THE 4 MARCH 2009 I'M STILL WAITING I HAVE SENT THEM AT LEAST 20 EMAIL WITH ONLY A DO MOT REPLY EMAIL BACK SAYING THEY ARE VERY BUSY AND IT MAY BE A FEW DAYS BEFORE THE REPLY. IT HAS COST ME £72.85 TO LEARN MY LEASSON NOT TO SUBSCRIBE TO ANYTHING ON LINE AGAIN .

Online fraud
This site is fraudulent in almost every way. I agreed to a 5 dollar charge to download an album they claimed to have available. Then as soon as I paid, they no longer have it. Or anything else their website claims to have. Then 3 days later my account is charged with $40. I called the number that showed up on my transaction history (because there is no way to contact them on their site except by email, that they don't respond to) and apparently they had me down for a subscription to an adult magazine. Holy hell, what utter thievery! They said they would refund everything and take my name off the subscription, but we'll see if I don't have to take further action with my bank. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!
