I filed a complaint with the proper authorities, I suggest everyone does the same after calling their CC company.
Go to http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx and file a complaint to seek punishment for this company and anyone affiliated with them.

I was looking for a music download of mama cass, hard to find songs. This website indicated that it had the song that I wanted.
I clicked on site and read the details about the song download. It said to pay $4.95 for complete download access for a few days. I understood that it was a temporary deal and that i would be charged $39 something if I chose to keep it. As soon as I pushed enter with my card, the card was authorized and porn sites began to pop up all over the place. So fast I couldnt close them enough. Had to crash the computer to get it to stop! When I was able to restore my computer, I went back on the Baydownload site and searched my song. It was not available. Then I wrote to them asking them not to charge me anything else that I did not want their service. Then I was charged by three related companies on my account each for $39.83 $39.83 and $9.82. When I emailed them(they would not give me a phone #) they said that they had nothing to do with these companies and I should have read the fine print. Which, by the way you see after you pay. Well finally I contacted one of the companies and they agreed to refund and cancel my service with them. BAYDOWNLOADS should be shut down... Thank you

I was looking for an upgrade patch for my Phantasmagoria video game. I surfed onto the website of Baydownloads. They said they had video games and music for download. And they offered a special to join the service. I decided to join their one time payment offer of $4.87 for game downloads.

When I submitted my charge info in order to complete this transaction, I got 3 emails in my mailbox. I had been charged for, and subscribed to 3 different porno sites!!! Nowhere was I subscribed to a "Baydownloads" where I could download games.

I got subscribed to: Discount Video Pass ($1.00), vipbookmark ($1.00), and megadownloadpass for the charge of $4.87. All are PORNO sites, and I am not interested in porno.

I don't know where I made my mistake other than thinking I could get game downloads for a one time charge of $4.87.

I called their number 1-800-934-1875 and talked to someone who assured me all 3 accounts were cancelled. I don't trust them, as they also asked me for my credit card number. What's up with that?
