Dr. Chiafair received his Bachelors of Science Degree from The University of Notre Dame, and his Master of Science and DDS from New York University, following which he served as resident in Oral and Maxiofacial Surgery at University Hospital, Jacksonville (now UF&Shands).In 1984, Dr. Chiafair founded Baymeadows Family Dentistry to provide a complete and comprehensive range of dental services, and has pro-actively engaged in continuing education in order to provide state-of-the-art care using the best techniques. He has more than 30 years experience in Dentistry and Oral Surgery and 25+ years experience in Dental Implantation.
