This is a complaint against your BBB Bureau Service Consultant XXXXXX XXXXX at the DuPont, Washington branch. She is the case manager of my complaint against America Home Mortgage (located in Bellevue Washington). She has been unfairly manipulated the complaint process and provided misleading BBB report to the public.
1. dishonest business rating and inflated business size on BBB report
On 2/18/2010, America Home Mortgage reopened my complaint case after six month of failure to respond to my complaint, and the BBB rating suddenly increase from ‘F’ to ‘A’. At the same time, the size of the business in the industry comparison category was increase away from the smallest group.
The response from the business did not make any offer to resolve the issue. We are very hurt and upset with the untruthful response from the business. We do not see any effort made by the company to resolve this issue because on 2/16/2010 the owner of the company had brutally attacked us personally with his evil intended lies and widely twisted fiction/theory in his response to my complaint to the government.
America Home Mortgage was not rated A before I filed my complaint and it is a mom (loan originator) and pop (loan broker) business based on DFI company database. It is questionable that the business being rewarded with a better rating after receiving more complaint. It also is questionable that this two person business is rated larger size than several other reputable mortgage companies that has 30 or more brokers/loan originators.

2. Fail to report government actions and Advertising Review on BBB report
On 6/15/2010, I emailed an official letter from the Washington Department of Finance to Rachel and requested to report the advertisement violations and government actions on this company. No response was ever given. I forwarded the email to [email protected], no response was ever given. These important government actions were never showed up on the BBB report.

3. Playing with internal system to make complaint disappear from BBB report.
On 6/16/2010, she made my complaint disappear from the BBB report website by reopen the case internally. However, she did not inform any party that the case was reopened.

4. Make false statement regarding the status of my complaint on BBB report.
On 6/30/2010, I asked the status of the case and the email I sent on 6/15/2010, she changed her words several times. When I asked why my complaint did not show on the BBB report. She said she will call me back. Later I rechecked my complaint and discovered that she made the case reappear on the BBB report with unfair and untruthful statement regarding my complaint. The statement says the company made a reasonable offer. The truth is that America Home Mortgage never made any offer.
