So why are these people still in business??? I have now read complaints compiled over 4 Years!! and now my turn...this is obsurd...
In Costa Rica, had to phone home(USA) using in room phone advertising CARD CARD CALLS *0155-no service fee -$1.00 a minute...Well guess what... 3 calls less then 4 minutes each...$300+ bank fees of $10 for clearing these International calls. Livid ...hell yes. Bank of America has worked with me and is filing as fraud. ...like I will ever receive a legtimate bill...PLEASE...
I did in my research TODAY ON BBG LONDOON, for those of you having a difficult time getting these charges removed, a lovely note on ripoffreport.com by an ex employee (dated 10/14/08 as Rathernot)gives all the information any credit card or bank should need to see to have these BOGUS charges removed.
I would sure be interested in pursuing a class action against these folks with all the hotels thrown in for good measure...
