Been paying for at least 3 months for a subscription that I didn't authorize. I previously canceled an account I didn't open with them, but they sais that was a different e-mail account. NEVER use this website to buy books! it is a complete scam. i bought a book for my friend's little daughter. it was a book that was very dear to me during my childhood, and i wanted to pass on the memories to her. i suddenly realized after a month or two that money was being taken out of my account by this company, completely UNAUTHORIZED! i did not sign up for anything on this website. i simply bought a book. when i decided to investigate, i tried to login and needed to have my 'password' sent to my email address. the password was a series of random numbers. who picks passwords that are all numbers?? i called and cancelled immediately. how do these people sleep at night? makes me sad.
