Have been charged $9.95 for 4 months.

I had my bank's service rep on line while I called the company. It is an existing business -- the rep from the company informed me that I "had agreed" to accepting a 7-day trial membership when I purchased a perfume and since the trial ran out, the recurring membership fees were charged. I was able to cancel the membership during this call.

I make many online purchases daily for both personal reasons and for my job, so I know when something is fishy. I have no recollection of reading about any membership during my initial purchase (and I usually am very careful about reading through things that I sign online) but it must have been somewhere.

Claimed these charges as fraudulent with my bank.

I sent an earlier complaint on "3 unauthorized charges on my Credit Card" for above company.

Since I sent the complaint, I found another unauthorized charge on Nov 05, 2010! It was for $9.95! Please add tnis additional amount in refund ... The other three were: $1.00 on same day I bought Safari Coloyne from this company for $49.51, which I acknowledge; another charge of $9.95 appeared in my checking account in this amount ($9.95) both Decenber and January??

I have no idea what it is for????

I've closed this Credit Card to avoid this happening again; if possible please send refund in check. Total overcharge: "3 charges of $9.95= 29.85; $1.00 more is: $30.85! overcharged!!!
