	klcane July 21, 2011 Money taken from acct I ordered books from the website and ever since they have taken money from my account. There are actually two companies taking the same amount at two different time during the month. BBVDiscountBooks have taken a total of $59.90 and BBVDisountBookSale has take a total of $49.75.

	Judi Bitner November 22, 2010 charges to my credit card I have been charged $9.95 to my credit card two months in a row. Have not ordered anything for those charges. Want my money back.
