unauhorised payments
I have just noticed unauthorised payments leaving my bank account to Be First Marketing. I took a trial for £60 n plus vat for one month. My Mum was dying at the time and I told them I couldnt think straight yet they hassled by this company to take a trial. Despite asking them not to take any payments after the trial they have now taken £118 three months in a row. I have been bogged down with an Inquest for the last six month and just picked up on this... I shall take them to the small claims court and put their name to shame . I will also let you know if they do the decent thing and re-emurse the money...pigs migt fly first!

Taking money out of my account
I too have had monet taken out of my account by Be First Marketing without mt authorisation.
I received a phone call from someone who I beleived was from Google claiming that they could increase my leads by at least 16 extra a month.
As I was a bit slow in January I agreed to pay for 1 month and that I would look at how it had worked at the end of the month and that someone from Be First would call me.
I never received an email or an invoice for the money that I had paid.
After about 3 weeks I still hadn't had a single lead but did receive a phone call from someone who really did work for Google, trying to sell me increased traffic to my site.
I explained that I had paid for this already and it had been a waste of time.
He then took me on a backwards search of my website www.nr7-home.com to see where he could increase the traffic and there was nothing found, no ad linking to my site, nothing.
I told the guy from Google that I couldn't afford anything at the moment and left it at that.
I then received my bank statement last Wednesday only to discover that another £118.80 had been taken out of my accouunt by Be First Marketing, I had to do a search to find out who this Be First Marketing was and then emailed them to complain about them taking money out of my account, asking them to phone me the next day, they never phoned me so I searched through my Blackberry and eventually found the number they had called me on.
I spoke to a girl there and told her that I had never had an email or receipt of my first payment and that they had taken more money out of my account and I wanted it back, now.
She just kept saying that I had received 2 emils and because I hadn't responded to the emails they took more money out of my account.
I did at that point sling a few swear words into her but these lying, cheating scumbags deserve it and I would warn anyone not to deal with these people, they do nothing for you and will just keep taking money off you until you cancel your card, which I have now been forced to do.
I will be taking these people to Small Claims Court .

Unauthorised payments
I agreed to a one month trial offer of advertising on Google, for £49 + vat and a £20 set up fee i was also told several times that the offer was a money back guarantee if i didnt receive extra interest to my business online ( i believed i was dealing with Google ) I was told my advert would be online in 48 hours, I asked the sales person to send me through all the details by email- I never received an email from them, a few days later I checked through google to see if i could find my advert- i couldn't find it. When i received my bank statement i noticed a payment of £116 had been debited from my account by - befirstmarketing.co.uk i googled this and contacted be first marketing by telephone on the 06/10/10- i explained that i couldnt find my advert online and never recieved any correspondance from themselves, the amount debitted was more than what i was told it would be, i was told i wouldn't get a refund and the best they could do was offer me 6 weeks advertising and a link from my advert to my facebook page. I came off the phone and checked my bank statement again and seen that another payment of £81.01 had been taken from my account by be first marketing on 01/09/10. I emailed be first marketing and said i wanted to stop the advertising and a refund of the payments taken and an assurance of no further payments would be debited from my account. since then i have been phoning and emailing them to have this resolved. They have been unprofession and rude- not offering there names, not signing their emails, the customer services manager even accused me of lying when i said i didnt recieve any emails from them until the 6th of oct. I have been told different information from different people and when i phoned again on the 18/10/10 to cancel the advertising i was told on the phone it would cost me £49 +vat to cancel as another payment of £99 + vat was due on the 01/11/10, then when i came off the phone i checked my email and it said it would cost me £99+ vat to cancel the account- again the email was unsigned. I have since been to the citizens advice bureau and Trading standard and i am appalled that this company can keep taking money from my account and i can do nothing about it- i also want to warn other people about their underhanded, rude and unprofessional attitude.
