My dissatisfaction with Be2 began when the system was not able to open the photo opload function.

I've tried from different pc's and browsers.
I wrot them for helt, and meanwhiole I tried to google for solutions.

Thats when I realized what a scam b2 is.

Anyway, eventually the Customer sevice replied, and offered me to upload my pictures for me ... !!

This is absurd. So I should write them every time I need to upload / take off a picture!

They don't want to give give me my money back, because I have been contacting members. (Sure, with my non-photo-profile!)

Now, they are not even replying to my mails.
I am insisting on getting my money back from a principle point of view.

Would any other victims like to share a lawyer to kick their ass, Im all in!!

On 1 July 2010 I joined Be2 for a 6 mths membership, after not being able to access any real information from the Free trial aspect of the site. I put the membership onto my credit card. I was only signed up for a couple of days when I tried to cancel my membership because the same members where sent to me each day and most were from overseas not NZ as I thought they would be (give it is listed as a NZ site) and I suspected something was not right. The terms and conditions where hard to find and when I did find them they were contradictory and confusing. I am having ongoing communication with Be2 to cancel my membership (as no cancellation code came through when I tried to cancel my membership, which also made me suspicious as well). Although I want to get my money back (I would be happy to pay for the few days I did have a membership). The communication I am having with Be2 is less than satisfactory - polite but they are intent on taking my money not for the 6 months I signed up for BUT NOW they are claiming I signed up for a 1 year membership - what utter rubbish. ALARMS BELLS ARE RINGING. I have since found blogs stating Be2 is a scam - I wish I had found before I committed to the membership. This company has no integrity and I firmly believe this is a scam. I have yet to get any satisfactory solution from Be2. I plan to escalate to the legal authorities in my country now to investigate and to see if they can help me. I don't want others to have to go through this and if Be2 are a scam the world should know about it. Match dating site are becoming a normal way to meet new people in this busy world we live in. I have successfully met a number of gentlemen on other NZ sites and we have become good friends. I only tried Be2 because it is based on personality type. Be2 need to rethink their charging regime and the so called service they say they are providing - IF they are a legitimate service (which I doubt) they have a lot of improvements to make if they are to provide the quality successful service they are making claim to. I personally want others to be able to make informed choices and for me personally I want my money back and if Be2 is a fraudlent company for the authorities to have Be2 removed from the website and prosecuted to the fullest extend. If the 20, 000, 000 clients Be2 are all being ripped off and paying a couple hundreds each - it's a pretty good money spinner for someone. I am not happy to be a part of that scam.

I have requested this comapny to cancel my account once I had finished a 6 months subscription whcih is basically totally overpriced for a lousy website. They tried to charge my credit card which was no longer valid. They are threatening to press collection for a service I hade not used for quite a while. Apparently they have MANY complaints against them for dishonest practices. They do not even answer emails. They are registered in Luxembourg, no phone lsited. I contacted the town administration and a person there told me there was suspicious activity. But it is not their jursidiction. People who run a legit business are reachable and answer. Stay away from those crooks.

Sie versuchten, meine Kreditkarte, die nicht länger gültig war. Sie drohen zu drücken Sammlung für einen Service, den ich hade nicht für eine ganze Weile. Anscheinend haben sie viele Beschwerden gegen sie für unlautere Praktiken. Sie haben nicht einmal E-Mails beantworten. Sie sind in Luxemburg, Nr. Telefon lsited. Ich habe die Stadtverwaltung und eine Person dort sagte mir, es verdächtige Aktivitäten. Aber es ist nicht ihre jursidiction. Menschen, die ein legit Business erreichbar sind und die Antwort. Bleiben Sie weg von den Gauner.

J'ai demandé ce Comapny annuler mon compte une fois que j'ai eu terminé 6 mois d'abonnement qui est au fond totalement trop moche pour un site web. Ils ont essayé de débiter ma carte de crédit qui n'est plus valide. Ils menacent de faire pression pour un service de collecte que je pas utilisé depuis belle lurette. Apparemment, ils ont de nombreuses plaintes à leur encontre pour pratiques malhonnêtes. Ils ne réponde pas à des emails. Ils sont enregistrés au Luxembourg, pas de téléphone énumérées. J'ai contacté la municipalité et une personne m'a dit, il y avait une activité suspecte. Mais ce n'est pas de leur juridiction. Les personnes qui dirigent une entreprise légitime et sont accessibles réponse. Restez à l'écart de ces escrocs.
