Unauthorized charges

On March 14th through March 19th, fraudulent charges were applied to our credit card by your company. These transactions were noticed on March 19th and the credit card company was immediately notified. The account has been closed and the matter is being investigated.

Today, we received a package from Beach Ready, LLC containing TriSlim and ColoCure. These products were not ordered. If you wish to have them returned, please send a postage paid return label.

A copy of this letter is being sent to CitiCards and to the Better Business Bureau. Copies may be sent to other fraud investigators.

Unauthorized charges

I got an offer for a free bottle of tri slim if I just pay shipping. Read the fine Print and look for it. I was not charged anything until the 'trial' was over and then was charged $149.83 $9.99 and $19.99 for fit factory. I was able to negotiate with them to cancel and get $75 back (I am Still Waiting to see that). Watch out for these companies. I never received any e-mails confirming my original agreement or had any way to review any agreement with them. This seems like the right way to do business is to let people know before and after what they agreed to. I was totally blindsided by Beach Ready LLC. They are partners with other companies like www.FitFactory.com and I am sure others as I have learned more about them.
