I'm a travel agent in sarasota, florida I booked a rental for a client payed additional fee of $200.00 for pet and 200.oo deposit. when my client checked in the key was in a lock box my client stated it took her 20 minutes to get open due to being rusty after her stay I requested the $200.oo deposit returned and was advised they where keeping the deposit because the lock box would not open for the next guest this company I believe always had intensions of keeping the deposit they are thieves what are you going to do go to the expense to sue them dont deal with them they will rip you off
