I have owned 2 beachpools. The first was wonderful encouraging me to get another one at my second home. This was a disaster from day one. John took over from his father (family business) and I would have expected the same brilliant product, however his outlook was quantity not quality - I paid double (over 60, 000 cash up front) and ended up with a rush job. My beaches have cracks all over and are getting deeper and longer, there were wholes in the pool and stains formed due to this as the creepy could not clean effectively. The beaches where the palm holders stand were too low and therefore water kills the palms in pods. There is nothing right with this pool. The design was the same as my first one, same size, less features (no waterfall rock) yet double the price - in fact a lot more than double and well I was left with excuses...too ill to come look at it etc etc..NO PRIDE IN THE WORK AT ALL - WHAT A SHAME FOR BEACHPOOLS AS THEY HAVE GONE FROM BEST TO ABSOLUTELY POOR!
