Bear Creek Collision CSI: COMPLAINT?? - NO WAY! .. They have been a HUGE BLESSING to us!

CSI provided us with service that was truly amazing! Our expectations were greatly exceeded for quality and price, and we appreciated the way the staff took time to educate us about the details of filing for insurance and the nuances of what to expect. I was MOST impressed though with how they educated me about the entire process of getting my car repaired. We learned a lot from their long experience. None of the other body shops that gave us quotes took the time to help us understand the entire process like Bear Creek Collision Specialist did.

Our SUV was rear-ended and the bumper was bent up pretty good. Bear Creek CSI looked at the details of the damage in much greater detail than anyone else did and identified problems that others (including the insurance company adjuster) never saw. They handled everything with the insurance company to make sure the hidden damage was correctly repaired and taken care of by the insurance company.

We received regular updates about the status of the car as it went through the repair process, but the most amazing thing was that when we got the care back we couldn't believe what beautiful work they did. We decided NOT to have everything fixed because of financial issues and we expected to get the car back still looking somewhat banged up. Instead it looked almost like new. Other than a small dent in the bumper you couldn't tell the car had been hit. It was awesome!

We have since used Bear Creek Collision Specialist for 2 additional incidents and - and we have highly recommend them to many friends who needed collision repairs. They will do a good job for you too!!
