If you are looking for a good place to live, do not try out Beau Chene Apartments. This was a mistake I once made. I only lived there for one year and I will never live in any Jordan Properties again. I reported maintenance problems a few weeks after moving in and these problems have yet to be tended to. The owner, Jeff Jordan, and his workers claim that they are going to fix broken things and put you on a "maintenance list." Yeah the list is completely imaginary. For a two day period we lost water. Water?!?! And we were unable to contact Jeff Jordan or any other worker. These people are very cold and uncaring. If you move in to a Jordan properties apartment, I hope you do not have a problem, because it will not be fixed. While I was living there there were many incidents of armed robbery around the parking lots and Jordan Properties did nothing to make the tenants feel safe. No letter was issued, no calls were made, nothing. Jeff Jordan and his workers just do not care about those that live there, only their overpriced rent check each month. If you are looking for a place to move into and feel safe, do not rent from Jeff Jordan. The appliances may look decent, however many of them are old and passed off as new. While I was living there a refrigerator caught on fire all by itself because It was old and needed to be replaced. This is unacceptable. There are many other places to live that are way more personal and caring than Beau Chene. Jeff Jordan also owns part of Brooke Hollow and so I would avoid renting there as well. In closing all I can say is that I work hard for the money that I make and I don't want to throw it away to people like Jeff Jordan who do "enough to get by." I want to give my money to someone who will work hard for me, after all i am the one paying. I am disgusted by the service I received here.

If you are looking for apartments you should consider other places close by such as: The Gates at Brightside, Oakbrook, Jessica's Landing, University House on Brightside, Varn Villa, or The Blocks. These are all reputable and SAFE places to live.
