Avoid it
I work in Downtown Fort Collins, Colorado. One of the responsibilities I have in my company is to entertain out of town guests and business partners. On this day I made the mistake of choosing the Beau Jo's Pizza. There were five people in my party that arrived at the same time; we were expecting a total of eight. We were informed by the manager that he would not be able to seat an incomplete party. After standing at the door for 15 minutes, I asked if he could please seat a party of five at a table large enough for eight. We were led to a table for four, with a fifth chair added to the end, in a restaurant that was hardly busy at all. It was at that point that my guests from out of town suggested that we vote with our feet and choose another restaurant. We won't be going back to Beau Jo's, not for lunch and certainly not for dinner. There are a lot of choices in Downtown Fort Collins for dining. If you are visiting Fort Collins, and hungry for pizza, save yourself the frustration and skip Beau Jo's Pizza. If their pizza is as unhappy as their manager, it is sure to be a hard and crusty.

Poor customer service

On this day I made the mistake of choosing the Beau Jo's Pizza in Old Town Square, Fort Collins, Colorado.
