Steals deposit
We put $29, 000 down on a Rv at Beaudry Rv. Now this is not a 10.00 deposit or chump change, we are talking twenty nine thousand dollars of our hard earned retirement savings for Beaudry RV to hold a Rv for us. Three weeks after the money was given to them - they SOLD the RV! They said they could put us in a newer model but it would cost us more! What a bunch of thieves. Now on top of everything, they will not give back our money. We now have traveled back to Arizona to file a criminal complaint and we have to get a killer attorney because they are thieves and deserve to go to prison and be put out of business. What the heck is this world coming to that a company can do whatever the heck they want with no recourse? Beaudry Rv will not evn return our phone calls, they treat you like a piece of shoe dirt. Don't deal with Beaudry Rv!
They are going down...

Fraudulent company
On 1-17-08 My husband and I went to Beaudry's RV for the bbq and to look at motor homes. We thought we made it clear that we were there just to look and not buy. Beaudry was advertising 2.9% interest. We aere followed and pressured until we folded and signed their contract after 6:00 P.M. True we could have left at any time. We found a coach we liked and told the sales people that we needed to go home and think about it. They wanted a $1000 deposit to take the unit out of the sales pool which we gave them a check. We were told that if the deal went through we would get the check back. We were told if we changed our mind(presumably before our credit was checked) that we would forfeit the deposit. We were told that financing would be with bank of america, they got financing with a bank we had never heard of and the interest rate was 6.99%. We were lied to. In our opinion people were lured in to their lot. Our credit checked out but we didn't get the check back or given credir for it on the contract. When we discovered we had not been credited for the check and it was not returned to us, we refused to take delivery of the coach. Our trade in was not running and we told them that, they said it didn't matter. We told them they would have to get it with a wrecker and they said thay had wreckers. To this day we have not received the check back. The check was cashed. In other words we were shafted.

Questionable sales tactics
After 6 'associates', they drove the RV in question TO MY LOCATION. I was told a price for unit. Went down to dealership to sign papers, and the price suddenly (mis-understanding??) jumped $20, 000. But, they could make up for a lot of it with 'creative' financing and cost of loan.
I immediately showed them my backside and left.
Should have listened to all the stories I had previously heard about them, as the horrors are true!
5/7/08 the salesmen involved; chris, cliff, george, patrick, lewis.
05 American tradition was what I was about to purchase, at close to average retail price, but they of course wanted to give me low retail + $20, 000 for more than was agreed upon.
