I am in Australia and around October 21st ordered a "FREE" sample of Acacia Berry and also a "FREE" sample of Life Cleanse at a small cost for P&H. To date (15 November) I have not received a sample of either product however, I have now been charged 8 times - varying amounts - relating to these FREE samples and I have NEVER RECEIVED either one. When I ordered my FREE samples the P&H charge showed up as a company called GET STRONGER then 18 days later further larger charges were claimed by a company called BEAUTY SCULPT. Charges now total over $276 AUD
When the "FREE SAMPLES" did not arrive in the week as advertised, I assumed they were out of stock so was prepared to give them 28 days to arrive. Now I see the unauthorised charges on my credit card and when I googled "Beauty Sculpt" to see who they were I got a link to http://www.canyoutrustthem.com which has a lot of information on this FREE sample scam under various names and uncovered for me the fact that all the above charges on my credit card are related and it would appear - A SCAM. I am pretty dissappointed - things are hard enough for everyone financilally without people doing this to us! I have contacted my bank and disputed the non authorised amounts. The only charges I authorised were the small P&H fee to RECEIVE two FREE samples - which incidentally, I thought were coming via post from an Australian company.
I had no idea the two lots of double transactions a couple of weeks apart were linked nor did I have any idea who to chase up so sincerely thank these sites for being available so we can try to contact the culprits. If I can get email addresses or phone numbers I will contact the culprits and ask where my 'FREE' samples are and also ask how they have the nerve to charge me the other larger amounts. Does anyone have a phone number in Australia to contact them on? I lodged a disputed transaction claim during the week with my bank about the credit card larger amounts (didn't know till this weekend thatthe smaller free trial amounts were all linked) and they advised whilst they look into it, if I could find out who the company was to contact them myself and ensure a cancellation was lodged straight away to avoid any further charges to dispute. They have no information at this stage on the company as the charges were claimed through another bank and I had no idea then that they and "Get Stronger" were linked. I would appreciate a telephone number if anyone can give it to me and please if it is not in Australia, please advise me what country it is in so I get the numbers right.
