I did not receive my product but was billed for it

I ordered products from this company on March 9, 2011. I received an ID number 8363916. I was billed for the order on my Visa on March 14 and I have never received the product. I sent numerous tracking emails and received a reply but never any tracking information. The phone number I found deep in the web site was no longer working.

Never received my order

I placed an Order ID #8418347 with Beauty Universe Supply Stores/Beauty Universe Supply Stores * Seattle, WA 98105 USA on Date: 3 Apr 2011 - 15:36 for 2 Lanza Urban Elements Hair Polish 4.2oz. 18.99 each, total $ 37.98 . I received a confirmation email, but never received the product. I have emailed [email protected] 5 times and when I tried to complete an order status form with the link they emailed to me, it now does not exist. Is there anything I can do to receive my money back? Do not order from this company. No phone number to call.
