Beautychoice sent me a counterfeit Enzo Milano curling iron
Beautychoice sent me a counterfeit Enzo Milano curling iron. I contacted the legitimate company Enzo Milano, and they confirmed that the item was in fact a cheap Chinese manufactured knock-off and their lawyers are currently trying to prevent beautychoice from using their name to market this inferior quality item.
The box had cheap photocopied pamphlets inside and several words like "Teflon" whited out on the box, because the iron clearly does not have any Teflon coating. Beautychoice said "Due to the fact this line was the first production they do not have the swivel cord and is not Teflon coated" although this product was clearly sold on their website as an 100% authentic Enzo Milano.
Disputing all charges through my credit card company. Beware of beautychoice.com.

Where's my order?
I ordered from BeautyChoice.com on January 10, 2009—two items. Was told one was backordered until January 26, but only AFTER I paid.
After receiving neither product, I emailed to check on things on January 30 and got no response. I also logged into their website, and my order was still listed as backordered. I followed up on February 10 with another email and threatened to have my credit card company cancel charges. Only then did a "manager" promise to have both of my items ship that day.
I still haven't received anything, so obviously, nothing shipped the day I was promised they would. Save yourself the headache; pick one of the other dozens of companies that sell hair products and cosmetics online.
