Within 2 months of purchasing a bed (Beautyrest Skylar Firm 14838, from The Bed Gallery in Greensboro, North Carolina, the edged of the mattress along the bottom broke down. It now sags across the bottom. It feels like something inside is broken. After taking numerous pictures and sending complaints in the mail and calling the store, we were finally told we could have a new one for $60. This fee was for the store to deliver it to us. This dealer was a horrible person to deal with. I sent several pictures of the broken down area and then was told to send more that showed whether stains were on the bed. What do stains on the top of the bed have to do with the broken area? But there were no stains and we were approved to receive a new one.I believe if something is wrong with the bed, it should be replaced free of charge. This guy is making money selling inferior products. The Beautyrest company should pay his delivery fee.
