No gift, no response from the company
I ordered gifts for mothers day- no gift, no response from the company - no money returned $95.00! stay away from this company!!!

I would never order from them again and have advised all my friends they are not legitimate
I ordered a blush a pressed powder and a night cream from Beautyrose.com. They shipped the powder and the cream but omitted the blush from the box. I let them know and they said they would send it, but never did. I have complained and sent follow-up e-mails which they just delete. I would never order from them again and have advised all my friends they are not legitimate.

Am I EVER going to receive my order?
I placed an order with Beautyrose.com on November 16th. On Monday, November 24th I sent an email to them since I hadn't received any sort of shipping notification, even though their site says orders will ship within 1-2 business days. They responded the following day (9 days after I placed the order) telling me my shipment was on backorder and wouldn't ship for another week!
With the booming intenet business and a hundred different places where you can purchase the same item online, I would never consider ordering again from a company that doesn't even bother to tell you an item you ordered was on backorder and that it would take three weeks just to get a simple mascara! Their website didn't list the item as backordered - so the considerate thing to do would have been to email me immediately and tell me. This would have allowed me the opportunity to place the order with another company and receive my product in a timely manner. This displays HORRIBLE customer service, in my opinion.
Bottom line: If you can get it somewhere esle, DO IT! I still haven't received my product and I am questioning whether I ever will! Don't shop here unless you have PLENTY of time to waste and plenty of money to burn when you end up having to order it again elsewhere anyway.

never receive my order
Firstly, I ordered some beauty product from BeautyRose website on Nov. 16th 2008. According to their website, they will processed my order in1-2 days, but they sent me shipping confirmation email three days later.
Secondly, according to their shipping confirmation, my purchase should be shipped by UPS Ground, but the tracking number is from USPS, which is fine for me. However, I cannot tracked my product according to the tracking number they provided. And until now, I haven't received my ordered product, which is almost ten days past.
By comparision, I also ordered some beauty product from HK at the same day I placed my order from BeautyRose, but I received the product from HK today. What is ridiculouly-- BeautyRose is much much closer to my shipping address than HK, but I never receive my order from them. Maybe forever!
Furthermore, I tried to contact BeautyRose custom service, but never response to me in time. The only thing, they replied to me is "it was shipped"!, and they never reply my questions, no matter to say how slowly their email.
What's more! There is no tel. number provided by their website, and I found one tel. number according to my credit card information, but they never answer that phone! So may be the number is fake.
I never meet such an online shopping web before BeautyRose, which taught me so much lessons!
