Not telling the full truth
I sent my name into an online site to get quotes from movers Berner was the second to call me. The customer rep was very friendly and even warned me about movers out there ready to scam on people. I am very nervous already I had seen stuff on tv about people getting taken for everything. To ease my nerves she even sent me an email about why her boss does not belong to the BBB (Warning 1). I looked up some information on this site. In business you will always have some unsatisfied customer wanting, wishing and hoping that after reading what that company has done to them no one in their right mind would use their company and they'd go bankrupt, but I read the same scenario time and time again about this company. They would give out the lowest bid, people would take it, then jack up the price and do even worse once they had your belongs for hostage! So far this company has given me the lowest rate. (warning 2- really so low how could they even pay their employees on what they want to charge me?) So after more investigating I looked up every single person on their reference list and not a one of them had a facebook account! ok I know this is not a normal or even common kind of investigation but dont you wonder why not even a single person on that list has no fb account? (by name or email acct) Its just not right! So I dug a little deeper and did a simple/quick background check on the same people many of the names do not exist in the area they claimed to move to or even from! (Warning 3) Everyone on their reference list is made up!!! I'm not to call them back
