DO NOT SHOP AT WOODSTOCK OUTLET February 16, 2011

faulty bed DO NOT SHOP HERE

I purchased a basic bed from Brian Aaron the owner of the Woodstock Outlet. The product was not inspected by him, his assistant, or the loading crew. It was clearly defective ad not able to be assembled. All they wanted was to confirm if they had gotten my money. A chain store would have been a better secision than this MONEY HUNGRY establishment.

Bad Customer services

Purchase queen side bed on the 23 of may 2008 was told the pick up on wed 26 between 12-8 went to the store no pick was told to come back friday, may 30 2008 came back ral missing don't know when they will be in .. when to customer service waith for hour sales manger never came... request a refund told me 14 day... worst experience I ever had... please refund my money... vocher 1157910
