Sent return 43 days ago still no refund!!! Crooks!
I purchased a$600 bedspread from bedbathstore. It didnt fit my decor so i spent almost $100 sending it back. They emailed me 5/25/10 the return was received and i would hav a credit within 30 days. At 35 days i emailed. No response. I emailed again. Nothing. I called and the rep said shed look into it and call me back. Never happened. On 7/6 i emailed again and got a response the money had already been refunded. They told me it was just corrected and would b in the account in 24-48 hours. That has passed. No refund. These people are crooks!!! Beware!!!

Avoid at all cost!
Bedbathstore.com total rip off & unprofessional! I ordered some pinched pleat drapes (2 pairs) $100.00, got the order confirmation via email, but 2 weeks went by, called in the AM & was notified they were on back order. Their customer service is impossible to get a hold of. I sent emails-never got a reply. Tried calling, left messages, finally after 2 hrs of non-stop redial I got a human & was so upset by that time I cancelled my order. She said I would get an email confirmation on my cancel order-never did. I paid by PayPal, suppose to get my refund in 72 hrs-we will see. However I don't think my battle with them is through! SAVE YOURSELF TIME & MONEY & SHOP ELSEWHERE- otherwise you can say "Marilyn told me so"!

No cust. service
I placed an order with the BedBathStore and needed to return some of the items received. Exact return directions and eligibility rules as listed on the invoice and online were followed.

Countless e-mails, phone calls, messages and the customer service department remains unresponsive. Almost 3 months later I am still waiting for my refund or any kind of response from the BedBathStore.

A complaint with the Better Business Bureau of New York has been filed and their site shows clearly in the reliability report that this merchant has an UNSATISFACTORY record with the Bureau. After some more consideration, I also filed an internet crime complaint. I have all but given up on ever seeing that money, but feel that it is important to bring this issue to attention, as I am NOT the only one who has had that problems with this company. In these hard economic times, every penny counts and businesses should live up to the standard they guarantee in writing, especially when the consumer follows all the guidelines imposed by the merchant.

I am out of the returned merchandise and the money owed to me. I am sorry that I didn't take the time to research their reputation prior to placing an order with them. My bad, but lesson learned!
