No refund
I purchased draperies on 5/23/10. I returned them on 6/7/10 for a refund. On 6/11 i received an email indicating the draperies were received and my refund would be processed within 30 days. On 7/15 wrote asking about refund. Message was read within minutes but I received no reply. I called on 7/22 and left message.

I returned a set of Finials to this company (BedBathStore.com) in late September and never received a refund. The amount of the refund should be $25.98. Please help!

I would suggest that you avoid this merchant.
Ordered curtains mid-December. Products showed din stock shipping in 5 days. Credit card was charged immediately. Contacted seller after 7 days. Told there was a problem and the items wouldn't be shipped until mid-February. Customer rep tried talking me into pricier products in different colors. Said I would wait for my original order. Contacted seller again February 14th, was told there was still a problem and the items wouldn't be available until end of March. Immediately asked for a refund. Haven't heard from seller or received my refund and it's been 12 days. I would suggest that you avoid this merchant.

This is the worst website ever
I ordered merchandise from bedbathstore.com. The quality was bad and I wanted to return the merchandise and ask some questions. There website has a customer service e-mail for questions, etc. I sent several e-mails and did not get one response. There website also had a customer service number. After several attempts I finally was able to talk with a live person. I returned the merchandise as instructed and it's been 6 weeks and have not had a credit issued to my account. The postal tracking service deliverd it within 3 days, I've called and e-mailed since and no replies even though they state on their voice mail to leave and message and they will respond. This is the worst website ever.

Unfilled order
I ordered several items, total just over $100 from this store on August 16th. I received notice that my order had been received. About a week later, I asked for some information regarding the status of my order. I got an email back telling me it would be shipping in "about two weeks". After "about two weeks" I again inquired as to my order status, and was told I'd be getting shipping information "soon". When I checked "soon" on the order shipping status, I got nothing. No reply. No email. No product. Wouldn't recommend at all. "Mike" is the guy who's been emailing me. "Mike" isn't telling the truth.
