I have been talking with this company. I would like to know if it is a scam

The seller, <www.bedugbambu.com>, throughout my conversation with him sent me his business license on a jpeg file along with other documents that would "confirm" his legitamacy. This company sent me an invoice with their business name, number, license number, PO number.

Are these methods used to make this company more believable or is it an honest company?
